Shipping Policy



Free shipping is valid on retail orders to one contiguous U.S. address that totals $50 or more after any discounts or promotions. All other contiguous U.S. retail orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping cost of $7 per delivery. 


Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to incorrect address entry. 


Returns Policy

You may exchange unopened/unused items, with the exception of bath and body products, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Custom candles are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the return shipping will be taken care of by us. Please contact us for instructions.
